Ars Musica Australis Indigenous Art Exhibition

12 Wentworth Selborne Chambers is hosting an indigenous art exhibition from Ars Musica Australis on Wednesday, 4 June, from 1.00pm – 6.00pm, in its common room on 3 Selborne Chambers (Level 3, 174 Phillip St, Sydney). All barristers and their chambers’ staff are welcome to attend. The exhibition will feature works from established and emerging artists including Gloria Petyarre, Charmaine Pwerle, Selina Teece Pwerl. The works exhibited will be available for sale unframed, and all come with certificates of authenticity.
Ars Musica Australis is a non-profit community-based arts organisation dedicated to encouraging and financially supporting talented young Australians involved in artistic and cultural disciplines. AMA assists highly talented, and often underprivileged, young people achieve excellence in music performance, composition, music therapy, dance, visual arts, and community cultural development. Father Arthur Bridge, Ars Musica Australis CEO, and Julia Baird SC, 12 Wentworth Selborne Chambers chair, will conduct a short welcome at 5.00pm on the day.
