National Court Framework draft practice notes

The Federal Court is seeking comment on the following draft practice notes on their website.

  • Administrative and Constitutional Law and Human Rights NPA Practice Note
  • Admiralty and Maritime NPA Practice Note
  • Commercial and Corporations NPA Practice
  • Employment and Industrial Relations NPA Practice Note
  • Intellectual Property NPA Practice Note
  • Native Title NPA Practice Note
  • Taxation NPA Practice Note

The Bar Association will be providing a collective summary response to the Federal Court on the draft practice notes. Any members who wish to provide input can send comments to amcconnachie@nswbar.asn.au by Friday 13 November.
