Join the Black Dog Institute for the next Exercise Your Mood Walk on Saturday, 12 October 2019 at Sydney Olympic Park. Starting at 6.00pm, the walk will take you on a 21.1km journey through urban parkland and past the iconic stadiums of Sydney Olympic Park, finishing at midnight at Fig Grove.
Walking together will provide the opportunity to start a conversation about mental health and the event will raise much needed funds for Black Dog Institute. Bring your friends and colleagues, meet our Exercise Your Mood ambassador Michelle Bridges and fundraise $100 for mental health. By walking and raising funds, you will support vital education programs provided to schools, communities and medical professionals.
