The Australian Association of Constitutional Law will host a seminar titled Inconsistency on 18 September 2019. Details are as follows:-

This seminar will feature presentations and discussion of recent decisions of the High Court in Masson v Parsons, Williams v Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community, and Work Health Authority v Outback Ballooning.
