The Standing Committee on Law and Justice has today released its report on the Crimes (Appeal and Review) Amendment (Double Jeopardy) Bill 2019.

The Report refers extensively to the New South Wales Bar Association’s submissions to the inquiry and evidence given by Bar Association representatives at the Committee hearings.
