Amendment to the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 1999

On 1 April 2019, the Supreme Court Rules Committee approved Amendment No 14 to the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 1999. The amendment updates the Rules in respect of changes made by the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016 (Cth) and also returns the Rules to substantial consistency with the Federal Court (Corporations) Rules 2000.

The amendment was published on the NSW Legislation Website and commenced on 5 April 2019.
