“Making ADR Work: Core Issues for Mediators” at the ADR Masterclass 2018

Federal Court of Australia Registrars Tony Tesoriero and Kim Lackenby bring their insights and expertise to the ADR Masterclass 2018. Tony and Kim will join Scott Friedman, Director of Harris Friedman lawyers, Stephen Parbery, founder of PPB Advisory, and Max Kimber SC to discuss key issues facing mediators in the 21st century, including evolution and adaptation. Tickets are on sale now for the ADR Masterclass, a highly-respected one-day CPD conference dedicated to alternative dispute resolution.

The Masterclass will be held on Saturday 11 August from 9-5.30pm at the Sheraton on the Park, Sydney and the theme for this year’s conference is “Making ADR work in a #fakenews world”. Speakers include the Chief Justice of New South Wales, the Hon T F Bathurst AC and UNCITRAL rapporteur Professor Khory McCormick.
