There is a feature article on Legal Aid's submission to the Commonwealth Joint Standing Committee on the NDIS, in which it warned that too many NDIS participants are being held in custody because of a critical shortage of "providers of last resort". There is a report on Legal Aid's submission on drug rehabilitation in regional areas.
