Uniform national legal profession bill introduced into the Legislative Assembly

The New South Wales Government has introduced into parliament the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Bill 2014, the objects of which are to repeal the Legal Profession Act 2004,apply the provisions of the Legal Profession Uniform Law as a law of New South Wales, and to provide supporting provisions for the regulation of the legal profession in NSW.
