Federal Court of Australia eLodgment change and Electronic Court File (ECF) Project update

Fri Mar 07 2014

The file size of documents that the Federal Court’s eLodgment system can accept has trebled. Litigants can now lodge documents up to 30mb. For more information, see How big can the documents be? on the Federal Court’s website.

During the Federal Court’s consultations about the ECF Project, questions were raised about some practicalities of working with the court in an electronic environment. The court has developed answers to these queries and has updated the ECF Q&As on its website.
