Open Door Productions ‘Examination and Presentation Power’ Workshops - expressions of interest

Open Door Productions seeks Expressions of Interest for its 2014 courses (up to 7 CPD points), to be offered from March. Examination Power allows barristers to practise and analyse question sequences in Examination in Chief and Cross-Examination to get the most from witnesses and underpin case theory, using a detailed case study in which two facilitators role-play all witnesses, demonstrating emotionally-realistic personae. Presentation Power maximises barristers’ persuasion effectiveness in all oral submissions. Deal effectively with judicial pressure, influence the conversation by responding succinctly to questions, attitudes, personae. Sessions are entertaining and collegial and experience is pooled. Participants may include elements of their current case process.
