The NSW Law Reform Commission is conducting a review of the parole system in NSW. The commission has published Question Paper 6, which examines the role of the Childrenâs Court as a parole decision maker, the role of Juvenile Justice NSW, and also the interaction between the adult and juvenile parole systems. The NSWLRC is calling for submissions on Question Paper 6. The closing date is Friday, 31 January 2014.
