NSW Supreme Court signs agreement with Dubai International Financial Centre Courts

The New South Wales Supreme Court and the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts yesterday signed a Memorandum of Guidance (MoG) - effectively an understanding to consult and cooperate on the enforcement of each party’s money judgments in the other party’s court. The MoG was signed Chief Justice Tom Bathurst and DIFC Courts Chief Justice Michael Hwang, in the presence of the NSW deputy premier and minister for trade and investment, Andrew Stoner.
