Sydney Law School Intensive Course: International Commercial Litigation (ADVERTISEMENT)

Sydney Law School has announced a new Semester 2 intensive course on international commercial litigation, which will be held on 20-21 September & 24-25 September 2012. The unit, which attracts CPD points, is taught by Justin Hogan-Doran, of Seven Wentworth Chambers. The unit examines from a comparative perspective, questions of domestic court jurisdiction, commercial choice of law issues and recognition and enforcement of judgments against assets, across the main world legal systems.
