Supreme Court issues Practice Note SC GEN - 19

The�Chief Justice�T F Bathurst has issued Practice Note SC GEN -19, which clarifes procedure in relation to the return of subpoena list, the production of subpoenaed material, access, and general access orders (now default access orders).�It takes effect on 3 January 2012. The practice note, which should be read in conjunction with PN SC GEN -18 issued on 1 December 2011, promotes the use of on-line eServices via JusticeLink, and also deals with procedure involving costs applications, contested applications, and adjournments.
