Universal Ethics and Ideals of a Justice System (ADVERTISEMENT)

The Centre for Universal Ethics and Society invites members to a special forum with the Hon Murray Gleeson AC, former chief justice of the High Court of Australia, together with Rabbi Dr Shimon Cowen, director of the IJC Program in Ethics and son of former governor-general Sir Zelman Cowen. The title of the forum is "Universal Ethics and Ideals of a Justice System" and it will be held on Tuesday, 20 September 2011�at Ord Minnett,�Level 8, NAB House, 255 George Street, Sydney.�Cocktails: 5:00pm, Forum: 5:20 - 6:15pm, Questions: 6:15 - 6:30pm.

The forum will consider questions such as: What ethical principles govern the administration of justice? How does our justice system match up to them in practice?
