TONIGHT: Murray Gleeson - A biography in the making

Members are invited to join a meeting of the Australian Legal History Discussion Group this evening in the Common Room, commencing at 5:30pm and concluding no later than 7:00pm. The topic for discussion will be "Chief Justice Murray Gleeson, A biography in the Making", to be led by Michael Pelly (member of the Council of the Forbes Society and media advisor to Attorney General Greg Smith SC) and the convenor will be Dr Lisa Ford (UNSW). Michael will outline to the meeting his ongoing work on a biography of Murray Gleeson, formerly a president of the NSW Bar Association, chief justice of NSW and chief justice of Australia. Opportunities for discussion will follow.
