TONIGHT: What to Do when things go wrong

The session tonight will be chaired by Jennifer English and will explore what� happens when complaints are made against a barrister. The topic will be� examined from a range of perspectives with Jennifer Pearce, Director,� Professional Conduct, outlining the role of the NSW Bar Association, Elizabeth Cheeseman discussing the barrister's position and Penny Johnston providing� an overview of the role of BarCare.

The seminar has been organised by the New Barristers Committee as part of its commitment to providing CPD seminars for members of the junior Bar. However, other barristers are very welcome to attend. For further details please refer to [the flyer][1].�
