The World Justice Project is a non-profit organisation which aspires to advance the rule of law around the world. Establishing the rule of law is fundamental to achieving communities of opportunity and equity. The WJP has published its Rule of Law Index —"a new quantitative assessment tool designed to offer a comprehensive picture of the extent to which countries adhere to the rule of law in practice".
