Competition to name the Barristers' Dispute Resolution Service

Thu Nov 25 2010

The Barristers’ Dispute Resolution Service will be re-launched in early 2011. The ADR Committee has been busy updating pro-forma agreements; barristers have been approved or accredited as expert determiners, mediators and arbitrators and the stage is almost set. Now all we need is a new name! We’re after a short, catchy name that encapsulates what the service is about, which is to provide a portal for the provision of ADR services by the NSW Bar. The service will have a dedicated section of the website and will use the name to promote barristers practicing ADR to solicitors and the wider community. Entries close at 5pm on Wednesday, 1 December and the winner will receive 2 complimentary movie tickets. Please send your entries to Jo Wilton at the Bar Association jwilton@nswbar.asn.au
