Live debate on special ethics education in public schools

Tue Oct 19 2010

In July of this year In Brief called for volunteers to teach ethics in public schools as part of a trial programme for those children whose parents chose not to have them taught special religious education (a right recognised by the Department of Education). Members who are interested in this subject, or who may be interested in being trained as an ethics teacher may wish to attend a live debate on 17 November at the City Recital Hall Angel Place.
