Standards for law graduates: what should they be?

As part of the Australian Learning and Teaching Council-funded project developing minimum or ‘threshold’ national Learning and Teaching Academic Standards for the Bachelor of Laws, the Discipline Scholars in Law (Prof. Sally Kift from QUT and Prof. Mark Israel from UWA) are running a process of consultation involving meetings across Australia with the profession. These include two sessions in Sydney, one in Wollongong and one in Canberra.
