New Supreme Court practice note
Tue Aug 17 2010Chief Justice J J Spigelman AC has issued Practice Note SC CL 2 - Criminal Proceedings, which replaces the previous version issued on a number of occasions since 2005. It contains further provisions relating to vacating trial dates under heading 12 - Trial. SC CL 2 commenced yesterday, 16 August 2010.
