Robing in the Federal Magistrates Court
Fri Aug 13 2010Chief Federal Magistrate John Pascoe AO CVO has issued Practice Direction No.1 of 2010, which sets out arrangements for robing of counsel appearing in the Federal Magistrates Court. It will take effect on 6 September 2010. Information on robing and court etiquette is available from the court's web site.�
