New Supreme Court Practice Notes

On 16 June 2010 Chief Justice James Spigelman AC issued four Practice Notes: SC Gen 3 - Copying of Court Documents, replaces the previous version issued on 17 August 2005. SC Gen 13 - Search Orders (also known as "Anton Piller Orders"), replaces the previous version issued on 14 June 2006.

SC Gen 14 - Freezing Orders (aka "Mareva orders" or "asset preservation orders"), replaces the previous version issued on 14 June 2006. SC Gen 16 - Pre-Judgment Interest Rates, was issued on 16 June 2010.

All Practice Notes commence on Thursday, 1 July 2010.
