WTO Law at Sydney University (ADVERTISEMENT)

Sydney Law School has announced a new post-graduate course on World Trade Organization (WTO) Law I. Professor Gillian Triggs examines the role of the WTO within the international legal system and its implementation in national law as part of this second semester intensive unit. It will explore the fundamental principles of WTO Law, including 'most favoured nation', national treatment and non-discrimination, tariff bindings and customs duties, subsidies and non-tariff barriers to trade.
