AON (CGU) PII policy is approved

In addition to the Marsh and Suncorp policies, NSW Attorney General John Hatzistergos has now approved the Aon (CGU) professional indemnity insurance policy pursuant to s 403 (2) of the Legal Profession Act 2004. _One further policy, being offered by Willis Australia Limited (Allianz), is with the attorney for his consideration. Members will be advised through _In Brief if/when it is approved. Copies of the approved policies are on the Bar Association’s web site. Learn more>
