Daryl Dellora's documentary, Michael Kirby: Don't Forget the Justice Bit, will make its Australian television premiere on ABC1 at 10.20pm on Sunday, 27 June 2010. Filmed before, during and after his final days on the High Court of Australia, this documentary explores the personal, moral and spiritual convictions of one of Australia's most compassionate thinkers and greatest legal minds. The DVD of the film, with additional special features, can be ordered online. Special features include: an hour of extra interview material with Michael moving effortlessly from the Communist Party case, Mabo, Mallard, Roach, Thomas and Al-Kateb cases to terrorism laws and international human rights law; and a conversation with Bob Ellis at Gleebooks.
