Changes to the NSW Industrial Relations Commission Rules

From 1 February 2010 the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (including the Court) will be transitioning to the Uniform Civil Procedure regime that currently operates in the Supreme, Land and Environment, District and Local Courts.

Much of the procedure before the Commission will be determined by reference to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules _2005, however, there will be 'local rules' which prevail - these will be known as the _Industrial Relations Commission Rules 2009.
