Reminder: opening of Law Term - Newcastle

An Ecumenical Service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, Church Street, Newcastle at 9.30am on Wednesday 4 February 2009 followed by a ceremony and morning tea in the Newcastle Court House at 10.30am. In the evening a Celebration Cocktail Party will be held in the Newcastle Region Art Gallery from 6pm to 9pm. Mr Joe Catanzariti, President, Law Society of New South Wales will be the guest speaker. Cost for Law Society members is $35, non-members $50. Members of the Bar are welcome to attend.
