Listings of barristers in the Yellow Pages phone directory

Thu Jan 22 2009

The current listing of barristers in the Yellow Pages directory includes a significant number of former barristers who are now on the bench, have retired or have died. There are also a number of entries showing incorrect practice addresses. Yellow Pages have advised the Bar Association that they can only amend entries if the individual concerned contacts the directory by phone on 13 23 78 asking that their entry be amended or deleted. Members and their clerks are asked to check their entries in the directory and arrange for necessary changes to be effected.
