Fri Jun 27 2008The Succession Amendment (Family Provisions) Bill 2008 was introduced into the Legislative Council yesterday. The object of the Bill, as provided by the explanatory notes,�is to amend the Succession Act 2006 to ensure that adequate provision is made for members of the family of a deceased person, and certain other persons, from the estate of the deceased person and�to repeal the Family Provision Act 1982
