Diarise for next week: Successful Women Speakers Programme
Thu Sep 13 2007The president of the Bar Association, Michael Slattery QC, will chair the latest seminar in the Successful Women Speakers Programme: a joint initiative of the Equal Opportunity Committee and the Women Barristers Forum. Dr Elizabeth Elliott (Paediatrics and child health), Dr Deborah Dearing (president of the NSW Chapter of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects) and Bernadette Kerrigan (chair of the NSW Professional Development Committee for Chartered Secretaries Australia) will comprise�the�panel of distinguished women professionals.� CPD points may be claimed in either the Management or Substantive Law strand. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, 18 September, commencing at 5.15pm in the NSW Bar Association Common Room (Lower Ground Floor, Selborne Chambers, 174 Phillip Street, Sydney, NSW 2000). 13 September 2007
