Invitation to ABA Dinner

It has become the practice to hold a dinner on the night of the new silks taking their bows in the High Court in Canberra. The dinner to mark the occasion will be held in the Great Hall of the High Court of Australia on Monday, 29 January 2007 at 7.00pm for 7.30pm. All barristers (not just the new silks) and their partners are invited to attend. Dress will be black tie and the cost will be $140.00 per person (including GST). The dinners have proved to be very enjoyable in the past and it is hoped that a large number from the Bar will be able to attend.
