The Hon Justice Handley AO will retire as a judge of appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 11 January 2007. A formal ceremony for this occasion will be held in the Banco Court at 9.30am on Friday, 15 December 2006.
The attorney general will address the court on behalf of the Bar.
