FACS External Legal Services Panel – Child Protection

A Request for Tender (RFT) was published on Monday, 20 March 2017 on eTendering for a new FACS External Legal Services Panel for child protection legal work. The RFT will be open for six weeks, closing 1 May 2017 at 2.00pm.

The Panel will consist of two Sub-Panels, (1) Care Litigation Sub-Panel and (2) Audit and Civil Claims Sub-Panel. Existing panel members and new service providers are welcome to apply for either or both Sub-Panels.

The new Sub-Panels will supersede the existing FACS Legal Services Child Protection panels (which expire on 17 October 2017). Therefore, if you are a current panel member and wish to continue to provide legal services to FACS beyond 17 October 2017, you will need to submit a response to the RFT.

The new panel will commence on 18 October 2017 and is intended to operate for three years.
