Motor Accidents Compensation Amendment (Claims) Regulation 2016

The Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation has today published a regulation to amend the Motor Accidents Compensation Regulation 2015 to make further provision with respect to the maximum legal costs recoverable in connection with claims under the compulsory third-party insurance scheme established under the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999. The Regulation has been made following representations from the legal profession earlier this year, and will commence on 1 November. View the Regulation
