The New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) has released new video resources, which explain common types of matters brought to NCAT for resolution – a dispute between a landlord and tenant, the review of a government agency’s decision, a home building dispute, and the appointment of a guardian and a financial manager for a person with a disability. Each video is presented in English, Mandarin, Arabic, Greek and Vietnamese, and also captioned in the respective language.
