Papers to note: the future of legal services

The American Bar Association Commission on the Future of Legal Services, which was established in 2014, has published a compendium of research papers in the South Carolina Law Review. The papers review "disruptive innovation", pro bono service delivery, online dispute resolution, delivery of legal services by non-lawyers, global regulation and more. A copy of 67 (2) South Carolina Law Review is held in the Bar Library.
