The Bar Association has raised the alarm about the NSW Government’s Crimes (Serious Crime Prevention Orders) Bill 2016, which is scheduled for parliamentary debate in early May. In a media release issued today, President Noel Hutley SC said the legislation "constituted an unprecedented attack on individual freedoms and the rule of law".
