CPD Tonight: Best practice in professional conduct: the operation of the Best Practice Guidelines

The Bar Association’s Best Practice Guidelines were approved by Bar Council in June 2014 and are designed to encourage and assist chambers in maintaining professional standards and to comply with state and Commonwealth employment, equality and diversity laws. This session looks at the practical operation of the Best Practice Guidelines and the obligations of barristers and chambers under relevant state and Commonwealth laws as well as Rule 123 of the Legal Profession Uniform Conduct (Barristers) Rules 2015.
