Bar News (Summer 2014-15) is now available online

The Summer 2014-15 edition of Bar News is now available online. This edition features: the 2014 Maurice Byers Lecture, "Appellate review of the facts"; a fascinating article on "The saga of Egon Kisch and the White Australia Policy"; and a detailed, informative article on how lawyers can use the digital devices and services in an ethical and professional manner. There's the usual mix of recent developments, appointments, obituaries and book reviews. Hard copies are rolling off the printing press and should arrive by Friday or Monday.
