Legal Aid NSW Specialist Barrister Panel (Criminal Appellate Matters) Revised Practice Standards

The Legal Aid NSW practice standards for junior counsel appointed to the Specialist Barrister Panel (Criminal Appellate Matters) have been revised. The revised practice standards take effect from 1 December 2014.

The revised practice standards contain important updates on panel lawyers' responsibilities to legally aided clients, instructing solicitors, the relevant Courts and Legal Aid NSW.
