Western Sydney deserves equal access to justice

The Parramatta Advertiser has published an opinion piece by President Arthur Moses SC, which calls upon state and federal governments to end the chronic under-resourcing of courts in western Sydney, particularly the Parramatta Registry of the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court.

"The time has come for the justice system to provide equal access to the people of Western Sydney. This means both State and Federal Governments spending the taxes of Western Sydney residents on a justice system to serve them in Western Sydney", Mr Moses concluded.
