There's a new source for finding case law from north of the Tweed. The Queensland Judgments website is a joint initiative of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for the State of Queensland and the Supreme Court of Queensland Library Committee, with the support of Queensland’s courts and tribunals. The website is free of charge, however users are asked to register. It features a complete set of authorised Queensland Law Reports, unreported Supreme court judgments (2002 - ) an appeals database and a Uniform Civil Procedure Rules service.
