Legal Aid training in criminal justice reforms

Legal Aid NSW will hold a program of free, one-day seminars for criminal defence lawyers regarding early appropriate guilty pleas (‘EAGP’) and reforms to sentencing, parole and the management of high risk sex and violent offenders. The seminars will be held in coming weeks at locations across New South Wales.

Registration is essential and places are strictly limited. These sessions are now available for registration on the Legal Aid NSW Learning Management System. For more information contact Legal Aid at eagpreform@legalaid.nsw.gov.au
