Supreme Court Registry operations

The Chief Justice of New South Wales, the Hon T F Bathurst AC, advises that the Supreme Court Registry will operate from the following locations:

  • Tuesday, 14 November. Industrial Relation Commission, 47 Bridge Street, from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Court of Criminal Appeal, Bails and Duty enquiries should be directed to Supreme Court staff located at the Land and Environment Court, 225 Macquarie Street. Please note from 2:00pm-4:00pm the Supreme Court registry staff at both locations will only receive and date stamp Supreme Court documents for later processing.

  • From Wednesday, 15 November, the Supreme Court registry counter will open at 9:00am on level 4 of the Law Courts Building, Queens Square. Please note all registry services will be provided from this counter. Viewing rooms are limited and some services may experience slight delays as urgent matters will be prioritised. Opening hours will be 9:00am – 5:00pm weekdays.

  • Members of the profession are reminded the online registry remains open 24/7 for online filing. More information is on the Supreme Court website.
