Modified TJMF Guidelines for barristers chambers

The Bar Association has adapted the Tristan Jepson Memorial Foundation's Psychological Wellbeing: Best Practice Guidelines for use in barristers chambers. The aim of these Modified TJMF Guidelines is to assist chambers to create workplaces that fulfill each of the 13 psychosocial factors known to have a powerful impact on organisational health, the health of individuals and the financial outcomes.
