Titled 'Judicial Communication and Access to Justice: Challenges and Opportunities' the Symposium will bring together Australian judges, academics, legal practitioners and professionals in major IT companies with their Chinese peers for dialogue about improving techniques of legal adjudication in the current digital environment.
