On 7 June 2017, King & Wood Mallesons, together with UNSW’s Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law, will host a public lecture on “The Displacement Project – Perspectives on Climate Change and Planned Relocation in the Pacific”. Speakers at this year's event will be international law expert, Professor Jane McAdam, and political geographer, Professor Jon Barnett. For more details about the event, download a brochure or reserve your place here.

The Displacement Project is a collaboration between KWM and the Kaldor Centre, which aims to raise awareness among members of the legal profession and the broader community about climate change-related migration and displacement, the limitations of existing international legal frameworks and the policies that can be implemented in response to this issue.
